Is anyone running the haltech computers on their rovers. We're interested in getting the E6X with the fully terminated loom and installing it ourselves then getting it tuned at one of the various speed shops.
Firstly, is it relativly easy to setup once you read the instructions? I'm told the instructions supplied are quite comprhensive.
Secondly, did you notice a change in both performance and fuel economy?
Thirdly, is it worth the extra $1000 to get it installed and tuned at my local specalist rover workshop (Jordan Rover Tech).
Fourthly(is that a word?), is it easy to get these computers to run the auto-gearbox.
Finally, whats the injector cut-off function like? Does it really help when negotiating steep decents? This is a function I'm quite interested in as we've got an auto and engine braking is next to useless.
Cheers for any advice or tips you can give me.
