Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Gday all, this question has probobly been asked shitloads, but.....

Are the Mavericks the same vehicle as the patrol? In terms of gearbox's, diffs etc. I hear all good things about patrol running gear, and my boss is looking at a maverick this weekend. Then a LS1 chev is going in it.
So is the mav going to be the same?
