$400ea.. think other things. Normal Nitro chargers or Konis would suffice.

Toyo Opats. Get awesome writeup on EO for desert travelling.

diff locks?? air locker fr+rr vs air locker rr + lockright fr???

No need for lockers at all..

Spend money on survival kit.
HF radio/SatPhone
Extra Spare tire
Belts etc..

www.exploroz.com.au would give u good advice.

I agree with bogged about the lockers, did a 2 month trip a few years ago with the olds through the Kimberly and the canning in an 80 series, and although we have twin air lockers, didn't use them once. With tyres, make sure it's somehting that a lot of those remote towns would stock, because destroying a tyre isn't out of the question. A good 1st aid kit and a HF radio would be high on my list.
Also carry common spares for the vehicle, although the only things we destroyed in the two months was a battery and a shocker rubber.
Speaking of shocks, we ran Koni's and couldn't pick a fault with them.
Have a great trip mate, that part of the country is awsome.
