5 sp to 18r

can anyone tell me if a 5 sp from a 85 lux fit to a 18r or not .

Yes it will fit BUT you will need the bellhousing of a 22R
The bolt pattern is the same but you will have to watch the dowls some are the same and some you will have to redrill
