Anybody know if there are any suppliers of the hummer style beadlocks in oz????

The rim in that picture is a 8 bolt (number of bolts holding the two halves of the rim together) Humvee military rim.
8 bolt rims are rated to a max pressure of 30 psi and bias ply tyres only.
To fit radials or even cross/bias ply tyres with flexible sidewalls you should look for 12 bolt rims, they are thicker metal and are rated to 50 psi.
Most of the Humvee owners in Oz only have 8 bolt rims (me included) and we constantly break the bolts holding the two halves together as the wheels flex too much.
You can buy 12 bolt rims from Southwest supplies in WA http://www.facom.au.com/hummer/hummer.htm but you will want very deep pockets.
It is cheaper to buy them in the US and get them shipped, you'll often find them on ebay.
Steel one piece Hummer wheels are a waste of time and money as they go out of round quickly.
Remember that Hummer/Humvee rims have an 8" offset and it can be hard to find clearance on most solid axle vehicles.

Is it possible to drill these rims to increase the amount of bolts?

Im not interested in them myself just curious.

No, we've looked at doing that but the biggest prob is that the rims themselves are too light. Fitting tyres with soft sidewalls or radials imposes too much load and the rim and accentuates the problem.
Even when they are torqued up correctly, tyre pressures are correct etc they flex so much there is a rust/rub mark along the join between the two halves.
The military have upgraded most of the Humvee's in service to 12 bolt rims, that's why there are lots of 8 bolts available.

I'm guessing that bigsteve is thinking of using these on a vehicle that is lighter than a Humvee, so 8 bolt style may be ok.

What are the axle loads with a Humvee?

They are 16.5" diameter so tyre selection is pretty restricted
The max axle loads are around two tonne, GVM is around 3800 kgs on a humvee with 8 bolt rims.
