Well apart from seats, no new mods... I will get some more pix on the good camera soon. Might take a few "before" shots

no progress on the motor yet, havnt found a corolla tho havnt been lookin real hard, just built a 4x5m shed and have been settin tools up etc. went for run last weekend, went well.. loves the bush, I had the timing to advanced and it was hard as to start cold, winding slow etc, the dizzy has an adjuster on the side but must move the dizzy body a tad as the adjuster is maxed out and the cover cap wont fit back on. Need to put some carpet on the ceiling tho.. very noisey, fixed most the rattles.. well the big ones, the bonnet was rattling too but it has two rubber stops on each side which I realized....screwed out !!! and adjusted the height, I can open bonnet now with out needing to have someone hold it upwards while I open it !!! I usually jam a stick or summin under it then pull it. Steering still sucks and I noticed top bracket on the steering column is broken.. mig time.. I suspect the damper is stuffed or I'm to used to power steering.. anyone put a P/Steering in an F20 ?? HQ Holden steering box or similar ?.
Stay tuned
Cheers.

Cool, I live in Hobart. My good mate was a teacher at New Town High.
Went to school in Glenorchy.

Looking at the steel mesh grille, the front clip, the horizontal breather 'gills' behind the front guards, I would say its an '82.
Looked at putting early rocky power steering in my rig a while back, just a few things to measure up. I run 32 muds on my machine, but have no problem turning them at the moment without the ps.
Would also like AC in the rig, it can be done but will take a lot of custom work to fit it all in.
