Tyre Sizes

Can anyone tell me how to convert these tyre sizes all of the 4x4 heads use? 31 x 10.5 x 15 to something normal like 235/75/15

That is normal. 31in high, 10.5 wide, on a 15inch rim.. How much simpler do you want it ..?
