Roof Turret/Gutter/Steel Rail bit for troopy

Does anyone know who sells or where i can get the Turret/Gutter for a HJ47 troopy? just the steel rail bit, as i'll drill all the rivets holding the fibeglass roof panel, and rivet onto new gutter.
