all springs, coil or leaf, will sag over time, it is unavoidable, even with the most expensive gear. The higher end gear is better and will last longer but they all settle. what sort of driving do you intend to do, what kind of shock absorbers do you intend to run, what kind of 4runner is it (coil or leaf), what kind of load are you going to put in it, what is your budget - all these will have an influence on the kind of springs you put in it and how they perform. If you can fill in some of those blanks, you will get some more useful info from people who are in the know, but without some or all of that info, it's impossible to give you a useful opinion

coil at rear, budget under $300 i suppose, everyday use plus bush/camping on weekends. standard shockies for a while, won't be towing very often, hope this helps, what do you think of king springs?

Kings springs are ok. they will do the job and should be well within your budget. if you do find them sagging you have the option of a spacer to bump it bakc up a bit. You should carefully consider upgrading to longer shocks with the longer coils - the stock shocks will be close to full extension with 2" lift and will top out the shocks all the time, even on the road on bigger bumps, will be uncomfortable and potentially dangerous.
