my tacho on my lux no longer works.
the needle appears to have fallen below its stopper :?:
any one have any idea how to fix it short of ripping the dash out?

how theheck did the needle get down past the stop? did it got the long way around and break the return spring? I can't think how you'd fix it without pulling it all apart.

i dunno loaned my ute to a mate to shift some stuff and it came back like that, when the ignition is off it drops right down when you start it it works u but its stuck behind the stop!

just pull the instrument cluster out. then pull the
cluster cover off and flick the needle back over
it's stopper. :cool:

just a idea i did the same thing with mine

pulled out the t-belt reset switch plug on the front the dash and used a paper clip bent round and lifted it back up and over the stopper
