Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Mates got a 4runner in sweet as conditon but has plans to do SAS and a few other bits to do... straight body sweet as paint job but shagged engine...2.4d

he has since purchased a suposibly good 4runner with 2.4dturbo.... solid axle all the good but the body is farked....duno how straight it is

so is it easyer to just swap the cabs over...sell the shit off or
sas the good nick and engine swap and any other bits he wants and sell the rest off ??

if ur mate can make sure the rails on the RFA model surf are fine...free of rust and no fractires and shite go for it but if not go for the chassis hes already got....may save ur mate a few pennies
