hey i know with the newer GU models you cant run 15" rims is this because of the brake calipers being larger? (unsure)

is their away around this?

can you fit 15" rims with some mods or not worth it.

cheers

I run 15's on my 99 model GU. Didn't know they had increased calipers/ discs. What year did they do this.

I know my brakes are alot larger than GQ ones as you can barely fit a finger between the disc and rim.

some of the GU's came with a larger disc and calliper assembly which meant that they couldnt run 15 inch rims

Morkz..

why not just try one of your mates spare tyres with a 15 inch rim on ya GU to see if it fits??

Most evenings after 6:30pm or should be home most of this Saturday.

Rims are easily accessible and I've got a rattle gun so should take all of about 5 mins.

PM me with a time best for you and I'll send you my address.

Cheers,
Kris :D
