rim offsets...

posted this in general and got no reply so im trying here.. for all the patrol guru's..
i got some 35x10.5x15 simex trekker pedes and want to run them on my shorty mav. i have 5 inches of lift and front radius spacers from big balls.. about 12mm i think. wanna know what offset rim to run so as to minimse rubbing on full travel..
my 33x12.5x15 MTR's rub on inner tubs on full compression..
should i chop guards or will a certain offset rim be ok?
