Slightly off topic, but .........................
What do you mean by
"R they noisy on road like there transfer gears ? "
I have the transfer gears and they are not noisy at all
Is this a problem normally ?
Cheers

I have the 1.08/3.05 Marks4WD gear set and they are as noisy as a biatch, but I am talking about the gear set that replaces the innards of the transfer case.
MUD000, you're talking about the add on gear reduction box that fits on the back of the transfer in the HDJ79, right?

I have installed a few sets of the 1.08/3.05 gears and none of them is much noisier than the stock gears. If they are installed on a worn layshaft they will be very noisy though.
the add-on cruiser-crawler box shouldn't make any noise when the truck is on road as it doesn't do anything when the truck is in high range.
