What flares to you guys use / recommend.

I need to fit at least 65mm flares when I go the 35/36s.

What sort or $$$ would you recommend?

I have used the rubber ones form K-mart on my last couple of trucks, they are a much better quality extrusion than the off the roll stuff that ARB etc sell, about $150 for the kit, which includes the stiffening wire and self drilling button head screws. I think it is about 70mm? Just covered the lugs on my claws on cruiser offset rims..

I agree on the el cheapo rubber ones.
They look like shit but do the job and are hard to damage.
Just make sure they have that wire edge, it keeps them from kinking on corners which is what mine do and look crap Im getting some new ones with wire.
For a while I was thinking about bushwacker plastic flares but I figure Ill just tear them off or crack them.

I need to extend my rear flares. The Feroza already has pretty wide flares made from fiberglass...am I going to have a problem using bushranger or Kmart extensions?

the prob with the Feroza , is you have fiberglass/plastic flares & they only have a real small edge to them !!!!!
have to be a good shot with the self drillers !!!!!

also , for the edges curling in on flares , I fit a small checkerplate rectangle on the 2nd last mounting screw !!!!!
holds the bottom edges out , to keeo there shape !!!!!!

my 2 cents !!!!! :finger:

well my 2c worth is
i hateeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee them sh!ty rubber flares
so on my truck i run 3mm flat plastic can have it any width you like and from side on you can hardly even notice its there +it cheap and if you stuff them unscrew it and wack on another bit +it also gives u every bit of clearance and it seem to not rip off as easy

also u can trim it up and shape it as much as you want

that's what I'm using too. it flexes when you put it against something doesn't flap in the breeze or sag. From side on you can't notice it

here's a couple of pics that sorta show them

Floccipoccinihilipilification

Pronounced: flox-ee-pox-ee-ni-hi-li-pi-li-fi-cay-shun.
According to the Guinness Book of World Records,
this is the longest word in the English language.
It means "the act of rendering as useless."

This word is one letter longer than antidisestablishmentarianism,
and contains much fewer morphemes.
