Hilux Surf Recall-Serious

Guys,
Read there is a recall on Surf's because of probs with the steering.

Some guys on the Toyota Surf forum have called/emailed Toyota, to find out if the recall will be honoured on 'grey import' Surfs.
Only affects 1988-1996 Surfs, and not Aussie delivered Hilux's... yet.
