okay i can't spell, but is there a way i can wrap my headers and muffler in something to not radiate the heat thru everything? otherwise i might be forced to make heat shield, passangers are annoyed with cooking their feet and i thinking if i remove the heat from engine bay i might just cool it down a little, also can a craig davis fan , 16 inchs fit infront of the radiator ( i don't want to remove the viscous belt fan )

Be aware that wrapping your headers can shorten their life. Heat shield is a better option.

exhaust heat wrapping exists, it can be got from most auto shops, race/rice shops, etc. you need to buy it long enough to wrap round 2 to 3 overlaps..which adds more than ya think,\...I have no idea of price, just have a mate who has used it to protect his auto from the heat. he used a shield in some places also... christover

okay well i have extractors on now, and after seeing the wrapped up idea i think i pass, easier to do a heat shield out of 2 mm steel, and bolt on to muffler or motor somehow.
the other opinion i looking for is , will a 16 inch elec fan fit infront of the standard radiator as trying to leave belt fan in as it a viscus, and it the tropics.
thoughts or ideas ????
and i am looking in to a bigger radiator.
