12v vs 24v winch speeds

which is faster, running a 12v winch or 24V in the same class of winch? the Warn web site says the 12V pulls at 38ft/min while the 24V pulls at 27ft/min in the xd9000i. When looking at the T-max web site the 12v pulls at 29ft/min while the 24v pulls at 41.7ft/min in the EW-9500 class.
am i missing something or is there a mistake?
