Liftin a cruser

My mate just brought a 1966 cruser he wants to know how high he has to lift it to fit 35" tyres (boggers so a real 35") and the best way to do it(cheapest is best for him). I told him spring over but if they will fit with 2" ext shackles and 2"lifted springs or somthing like that, it might be cheaper for him. The cruser has a 351 clevo etc goes hard.

it will be driven on the road so nothing to dodgy can someone tell me how much lift he will need.

you dont need much lift to clear 35's. They will rub on the steering and probably on the front gueards at full flex. Couple of inches up from fully sagged will do!
