I am just beginning the search for a 1980 onwards SWB Toyota.I understand that the Bundera is one model, are there other options - the descriptions in the Melbourne Trading Post don't tell me much because I don't know what the vehicles look like and I can't understand the code.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
Thanks

the bundera's (RJ70: petrol, LJ70 turbo diesel) are the coil sprung version... see my signiture below...
The others are leaf sprung.... not sure of the codes.

There is also the Midwheel base models which are leaf sprung, and use cruiser running gear as apposed to hilux.
They came with the F series petrol, B series diesels, and later on 1HZ's.

Thankyou very much to those who have replied so far - It is starting to make sense.
I am hoping to get a Bunders for around $5000 - is that realistic? (for a 1985 or so)
Thanks

Thanks for the offer to sell - I am sure that it is a very capable and well set up vehicle - certainly from the description it sounds so - but - outside my budget!
Regards
