Outer Limits 4x4 Board

At last I am running 39.5 super swampers after waiting months for them...anyway took em out for a run a couple of weeks ago and they are heaps better going over the rough stuff after being use to running around on 35s....since I dont have the required gearing yet in the transfer case and the clutch being on its last legs already it received some punishment while on that run....
anyway having never had to replace a clutch before on a 4x4 I was wondering what can I expect to pay to have a shop or mechanic supply and fit a new clutch for my fj40,4 speed behind a 2f motor...??
