I wouldn't attach anything to the fibreglass top.

Just mount them on the bull bar and be done with it.

As the body flexes over the speed bumps the lights will be shining all over the mall.

Groovy - Disco! :P

I have noticed that standard headlights can throw disconcerting shadows on the far side of bumps - being up higher, I can see down into the shadow area, and can't really be sure that there's not a 100ft deep chasm in the middle of Queensland's outback roads. I've occasionally thought that having lights above my head would throw light everywhere I can see, and I could spot that chasm before I drive into it.

But given that I've yet to drive into a 100ft deep chasm at night I haven't felt the need to install roof lights. But the disco aspect has appeal... :D

Cheers,

Scott

I have a custom light bar on my zook that uses that screws inside the doors for mounting. Can be seen in the zook forum rigs thread, on page 3 i think. Has 4 100W spotties and throws heaps of light.

The reason i was going to put them on the roof is because there not water proof and ive blown my headlights b4 driving through water crossings.
