Different Shocks For Sierra?

Post by BundyZook »

I know alot of people substitute shocks from other cars and was wondering what the best ones for a sierra are? alot of people have said to me to get hilux shocks but what model? whats the max width of shocks that will fit in a sierra without rubbing on anything?

I am running 2" spring lift and 1" shackle lift and I use hilux front shocks for the front and jackaroo rear ones for the rear.

I think they were off the solid front hilux 85-88 ish and jackaroo about 94ish.

Mine are cofap and they are firm but quite good for the zook. they are about 100mm longer than a stock zook if i remember rightly.

cheers
