sheet steel bending

ok im in need of a piece of flat steel to get bent into a nice shape for a lpg tank cover for my 40
anyone know whywhere to go in melbourne's west ive rang a few places with no luck
i need something like this
1040 wide 800 long with bends at 50 250 550 750 all 45 degree bends so not too hard
see image for what i want

try a trailer maker. They have sheet benders and should be able to bend it up for you. I got a guy in Dandenong to bend me some fenders for the tray of the Zuk. Just gave him a drawing like yours and he bent them for me on the spot cost me $60 for two. Can't remember who he was though

the place i use is GBM Sheetmetal in Hoppers Crossing. they are next to bunnings on the side street. they made my petrol tank bash plate and also do all our sheetmetal stuff for work. sorry i dont have a phone number but my work phone shat itself last friday and i lost all my numbers.

which kindergarten kid done the cad drawings for you? only joking try the tafe they will be able to do it for you and wont charge

i did the drawing its clear enough and its better than me atempting to do it using autocad or something i just suck at them
anyway ggf drawing is nice and clear

Just wondering why do you want it bent with 3 sides ? you could get a piece rolled a slightly larger diameter and it will be a clean guard no edges to hang up on ....

its actually going inside the 4x4 not outside im raising the gas tank up through the floor in the hope of getting enough ground clearance under it that it wont need one underneath
and i figure the flatter sides will make it easier to pack stuff around it
