33's on standard 2.4d

What kind of loss do you guys get from running 33's with standard driveline on a 2.4 l diesel?
If i was to change the ratios so that i had a lower ratio than standard(only by a little bit) with the 33's on what si the standard cost for the new centres?
Secondly whats the ciommon price to get a diesel fuel pump serviced as the o-rings have gone in mine and is leaking to much to drive so needs to be fixed.
