The speedworks bender wont do a true 180* bend it will only go just past 90*. But we use it building all our Tube buggy Frames and once you get used to it its a great bender. We use the Air over Hydro one. Havbe not had a single problem with the product as far as build Quality. Its built about 6 full Tube frames and a heap of other general tube work.

Hey Sam,
what diameter and wall thickness tube can you bend as I need to have some tubes bent up so that I can fabricate a cage for my 40 series soft top cruiser...can you do 50mm x 3mm wall thickness?
I sent you an email some time ago regarding this but still waiting for your reply..

Will be a bit less than that now. Exchange rate is better. I reckon if you got the bender [get the HD!!] and 2 die sets you should scrape through under 2 grand to your door. Don't import the notcher, get one locally.
If you wanna import one yourself [shouldn't take longer than 3 weeks including customs] get in touch with Scott at Rock Buggy Supply - http://www.rockbuggysupply.com

pro tools have a deal at the moment HD bender with stand and one die of the your choice U.S $ 683.00+ $ 105 for the 240 deg die. That price also includes the handle. Converts to about AUD 900 + freight, and freight
is $392.00 U.S DOLLARS so around $ 1548 converted landed in australia.

I AM WONDERING IF THERE IS ANY THING LIKELIKE IN AUSTRALIA?
EXCEPT THE SPEEDWORX ONE!

As far as i know speedwerx does pipe not tube. Don't know if you can get tube dies for it. You wouldn't get the stand and handle, they are piss easy to build and being such large/bulky customs would probably sting you for more than they're already gonna. Expect around $500 in customs/fees/gst to be added on when it gets here. Mine was a bit more than that but i had another die set and a notcher so the weight was up. Depending on how often you plan on using it/what you're using it for see if you can save a bit more and get the hydro kit with it, you wouldn't be sorry, makes the bender portable and so much easier to use [not that i've got it  ]
Either way, let us know how it goes. Jeremy :)
