oil for zd30

Is Shell Helix 5w-30 syn safe 2 use on a Zd30? I am fussy on oil and wan 2 be sure i am using he bes

If you want the best use extra virgin olive oil..........your motor will love you for it

What oils are recommended in the manual? EG what rating etc?

After frigging about for so long reading bottle labels I gave up and now use Nissan Voyager Diesel oil ( the recommended oil). About $23 a bottle, not bad considering warrantees and all the crap that manufacturers dish out.
