Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey a mate of mine owns a 87 zook and when the we first start going 4x4 driving ech time his gear stick locks in netural. It takes about 5 minutes of working and rocking the 4x4 and then it just pops back into gear and nver happens for the rest of the day. Can anyone help as we currently have the T/F box out now. Thanks

go to suzuki and ask for a shifter sheet. they are $13.50
and then fit it onto the t case shaft in the selector box, its mostly rooted
