Outer Limits 4x4 Board

a lot of dx patrols are now coming off goverment leases etc, for around $20000 you can get the 4.2 diesel with around 200000k's on them.
something like this from the telecommunitcations field etc ie. not the mining industry.

what are peoples thoughts on price etc? (i want the dx for vinal interior etc)
deciding between this and the last of the 80 series cruisers, just got a full time job so its time to get a decent truck.

couldn't agree more. have checked out a few in vic myself and all seemed good value, generally with good accesories and service history.
ended up buying a gq for now but will upgrade to one as you are considering when i also get a good job again.

Not sure if you already know this but check for cracking on wagons in the top corners of the rear door. There are 2 welded seems that hold the roof onto the "d" pillars that can crack quite easily if the car is driven over corrogated roads regularly, especially if the vehicle has had a roof rack fitted. I've seen a couple in car yards with this problem. It's a fairly easy fix though.
