33 x 12.5's on my lux.

I have just done an engine conversion (3 litre turbo deisel 1KZ-TE) and i need to go to 33's to set the final drive ratio right again. Its a rigid front end lux. Im going to get ORI extended shackles all round and i have 2" springs already but....

Will this be enough lift to clear 33's if, i put IFS rears in the back and move the saggy rears into the front?

When this mod is done how many leaves and which ones do you take out of the rears that go in the front, if i have a heavy steel bull bar and getting a 9000 pound winch soon?

Any help or advice much appreciated.

Tonka, leave him alone! If he wants to ask it more than once then so be it...........

Most people don't have time to sit on here all day and read every section. Most people have jobs you know.......!!

It just clutters the tech sections with unwanted posts like this one. I wasn't being harsh, just suggested there was only need for the thread in one section. Clogs the forum, uses bandwidth and there is no need. Why have forum sections at all if we are not going to follow them. Its a toyota related tech question and was posted in the toyo section.

Simple.

I owe someone an appology it would seem. I am sorry Tonka if my multi post was against forum etiquete (sp). There is method in my mayhem....many people who dont frequent the toyota tech section have extencive knowledge of toyotas therefore i hope to gain their advice by posting in a section they may visit. I am sorry if my methodology offends you.

Deisel dude thanks for the back up even though i am clearly in the wrong.

I wonder about the guys not reading the toy section sometimes. If ya thinking that way just post it here in general and skip the toy section. But with the toy section the guys that do count generally do read it. whereas if they skip it in general within a day its off the front page.

You shouldn't really have any major worries fitting 33s. If they scrub trim the firewall. It's not that much hassel.
