look for a hairline crack in the dizzy

If it look and sounds like water in it somewhere it may be that.

In case someone was interested
Found out the ignition leads were stuffed.
replaced them,
and runing like a dream.

Qestion though
I replaced them with genuine leads.
Guys at Toyota reckon that there a very godd product, purposely built ra ra ra. Even though as I sugested they are very thinly insulated.

Now what do u's reckon.
Genuine better
or aftermarkt.

By the way the cost $340
ouch

Steve.

Don't know, but from past experience with overhead cam engines i'd say they would have been 200 plus.
