i designed it in Autodesk Inventor at home then finished it up at work - then got work to CNC cut it, i then drilled and tapped the holes for the skid plate my self, burnt some CD's for the bloke who works on the brake press at work he bent it up for me.
Cost
Plate - $0 (work)
Drilling - my time
Tapping - my time
Paint - $0 (work)
Bending - $0 (used works cd's and burner for his cd's)
Total $0
i wish i never bought my snake one :(

buddy you are missing a bolt, put one in before it falls out (like your front shaft)

hey uhh, did you make one for snafu and one for 83lux??? if not then you are not a very good mate, and they should charge you to pull your junk out of bogholes when you get stuck. They will be cruising by as they have better rigs!
1 tow = 1 Crossmember (rates increased due to rudeness at time of manufacture)
But seriosuly, looks sweet, and the bends are in the right spot which is good for strength!

i have made a spacer out of 6mm plate to go between the x-member and the gearbox mount this stopped all rattles and everything is sweet now
now i need to build a heavy duty engine mount because i broke another
