remove filter
coat the rubber seal with diesel on new filter
put on new filter on
pump up the primer until its hard
start car, sit at 1200rpm for 30 seconds
it should now be fine.

Fill filter with ATF or diesel to aid bleeding and to lube pump whilst cranking.

Sometimes the filter pump wont lift, remove the outlet from the filter housing, remove fuel filler cap and apply LOW air pressure to tank to feed diesel through filter.Reconnect pipe and pump diesel into inj pump.
