Is it possible to fill and redrill the stud holes on an alloy wheel? IE: To change from 5 to 6 stud etc.

You can do it, but the poolice/mermaids aren't going to like it muchly.

It is possible but it won't be anywhere as strong as the original wheel was.

DON'T DO IT! Wheel companies use the minimum amount of materials in their rims to pass ADR and if you think about it they have a hell of a lot of stress upon them pretty much all of the time. I've seen so many of them crack just through normal wear and tear, why would you want to weaken them even further and risk it? Just buy the correct PCD fitment for your vehicle.
