Feroza Long Range Tank For Sale - SOLD

I know somebody'll have a go at me for posting this here and not in the For Sale section, but
Anyway, I have Mike H's old 100litre (?) tank which I have just never got around to installing.
Anyway, I think I paid around $225.00 for it, so would be looking for about the same price.
PM me if you're interested.
Obviously I'd prefer the buyer to pick up in Melbourne, or I might be able to deliver in Melbourne Metro.
Interstate might be a tad more difficult for me atm, but I'm sure we can sort something out.

aj i'd be interested... but i'm in the states with no $$... and i'm sure the shipping would be a major killer! what are the specs of the tank? just curious. does it mount to the existing tank or replaces the existing tank all together?

I know this is a bit off topic but how easy are they to install? I have been thinking about getting one seeing that I do nearly 800km a week just driving to and from work. What kind of consumption to the km do you get?

Kell they aren't usually too hard to install, unbolt, unplug and reverse with the new one.

AJ, Do you still have this tank? I might be interested, as Im pretty sure they are identical for the Feroza and the Rocky.

Haha - good to see a few bits from the Old Feroza still floating around.....
Good to see my Tanks gone to a good home.....hope you get many good years from it Andy
Make sure you don't scratch that nice black paint job I put on it - that took me hours from memory !! ( although it wasn't quite flat on the bottom to start with if I remember right
)
& AJ, "never got around to installing it" Mate, that was 3 years ago !!
What HAVE you been doing ??

It's only a small dent , haven't filled it up all the way up yet , I put 70 ltrs in it so far so even thats good for me
. The standard tank I had would only take about 45 ltrs ( I don't know why , this is why I wanted a bigger tank ) which as ya can amagine is a bit of a pain when it comes to long runs

Yeah, it was only a small dent
Goes to show how tough the Tank was really - it did get a pretty good scrubbing at times & the only dent on it was a really solid hit from a submerged rock in a mud hole in the Watagans. It felt like I had ripped the hole rear of the Feroza off !! Got out & had a look & couldn't believe that the dent was that small
It was s a 98 Litre Tank Andy ( 97 1/2 Litres now
) , so you still have plenty to go..... Gives a really good range on the Feroza, over 800km worth if memory serves me right.
