Steering Bushes Query

Hi All,
I have a '91 model GQ wagon. While changing the oil yesterday I had a look at the bushes on the steering. With my hands I was able to easily twist the tie rod beckward and forward. I was also able to easily twist the rod that is connected to the steering damper etc.
1. I'm no expert but should there be so much play in these? The bushes look compressed and worn.
2. Assuming they are shagged can anyone give me an idea of the cost to have them replaced (supply and fit) and whereabouts in Perth I can get them done for a reasonable price?
In addition, the pasenger side engine mount is buggered. I also think that one of the chassis body mounts is RS as well as when driving over mild corrugations I can hear a rattling and feel a tapping on the passengr side floor pan. It does not do this at any other time.
3. Again any estimates on costs to replace the engine mount and the chassis body mount (No, I do not want to do a body lift) and recommendations for a reputable place in Perth to do this work would be welcomed?
Cheers
