more go for 4.5 gu motor

i was wondering if anyone can help me in regard to getting better performance out of 4.5l motor. i have done extractors, exhaust, filter so far and wondering if worth while doing cam, lifters etc.i have 35's and 4.3 gears any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Turbo or blower, or sell the 4.5 for $5k, and dish in another $5k which you would on a turbo/blower system setup and go an engine swap....
not much else you can do to get worthwhile neddies ....

you could maybe try a computer to better tune thats about it...
or turbo the motor but your going to start to spend alot of dosh depends what your thinking of using it for.
