Rover V8 into a hilux

Looking for any information on putting a rover V8 into a hilux, have searched but no real info.
Some things I need to know(Feel free to add more)
Who makes and sells adapter kits for this?
Will I need to change Diff ratio, Running 4.56's ATM?
Who's done it, and rough cost of doin the conversion?
Would I be better keeping Lux 5 speed with dual transfers or put an auto in, and rely on HP, instead of gears.
Also I'd be getting someone to put it in, as I'm mechanically illiterate
so if anyone can reccomend someone in Sydney area, much appreciated.
