I need to take my SWB GQ to a Qld Transport Service Centre for an inspection since I have fiited the Toyota V8 and long-range fuel tank.

I also have 33" MTR's on 15x8" rims and 70mm suspension lift and 30mm body lift.

Do you think I could get busted for the tyres and lift?

the body lift will need approval the tyres and suspension you should get away with

also get some pics up of your 1UZ conversion

will post pics when I get the car - next week hopefully

the custom exhaust cost $1500! - better be good.

bubs, do you think a Unichip piggy-back ecu will fix any tuning problems with the auto ecu running a manual gearbox?

I might put the 31" AT's back on just to be sure...

Either there or rwc will pin you if the tyres stick out beyond the guards, or if the mud flap arent long enough to reach the centre of your rim. I believe you will need a qld mod form for the v8 but dont quote me, along with receipts of where it came from.
cheers mj

body block is a trickone but as stupid as it sounds if you can semi disquise these they will leave you in peice eg black blocks covered in rustproofing and dirt and lifted front and rear bars etc it will be allot less painfull....

just a thought....let us know how you go
