Was wondering if any one knows if there is any legalities when fitting a bull bar for the street in queensland. for example a cheesy winch bar.

I dont think there will be a problem.
If it was illegal then he would have to state that in his information like "only for competition use, not the street"

Contact him for confirmation though...

Must not have forward facing sharp edges etc.
All corners to radiused.

That part is same for all states AFAIK
