I'm puting a 253 back into my lux just to get it back on the road for now

The v6 is on the back burner for a while

I used the original holden power steer pump last time but i was never happy with where it was mounted

Any ideas on what can be used & where to mount it

& pics would be great

Thanks

When I had the 253 and my first 5.0lt I used the holden power steering pump. It took up a lot of room. Now I am using a Hilux surf remote resiviour with the 5.0lt. It is mounted upside down tucked next to the block, on the drivers side. I had to do this because I also run A/C now and needed the room.

Fab my own bracket's. I will get a pic this weekend.

I am also only running 2 fan belts driving 3 accessories - the a/c, alt and power steering. The a/c and power steering run off the same belt with a tensioner. The reason I did this was to fit a 3 core radiator and an engine fan, without any cutting of the radiator support.

The 5.0lt efi is a touch longer then the 253 I had in previously
