What are you planning on doing for transfer case mounts?

I've been busting them all the time and getting kind of tired of it. Have been looking at making the bucket myself as well but was hoping that a suzuki specialist out here is OZ would get plates lazer cut and sell a weld together kit.

Hint hint.

Something like this would be the go for a short side mount.

I assume you are breaking the single side mount, not the double with the arm??

ive only busted 2 rubber mounts the hole time i have had my zuk

if i start busting them more now ill just be a bit of rubber and run a bolt the hole way through it

I've busted the single short side arm mount (forwards motion) and also both of the double long side arm (rearwrds motion) mounts as well.

The main problem is with the short side arm.

Was thinking more like this.

I also want to lift the transfer case up about 3/4 inch which will mean that the jackshaft from the gearbox to transfer sits flat as it currently slopes down.

hey red that might hold up for a bit but f ur gonna stick with those mounts u will need to beef them up more as i did with mine and drill out the rubbers for bolts , since i did this no more probs, except for the long arm rear bolt keeps comming undone even with a nyloc nut..
