If i was to buy a second hand air conditioner off a wreck, how hard would it be to fit and is there any things that i need to look for. any help with this would be great.

If you are removing it yourself, take note (even write down instructions of dissassembly to aid re installation) of how and where everything goes. Go to a bank and get some coin bags to put nuts and bolts in, and be meticulous with the pen for the parts. Make sure you get every little nut, bolt, clamp, washer, switch, cable etc. Depends how mech minded you are, you will need to be careful with the seals etc on reinstall and get it recomissioned by a qualified auto fridgey. They will do a vacuum test to ensure no leaks.

If it's a Feroza then there's an eletronic control module that fits near (above?) the glovebox - so make sure you get that. Plus you might need the extra aircon engine idle up solenoid for the inlet manifold - not sure if you'd already have it fitted??
