gq 2.8 glow plug problems

hi all just wandering if anyone has had the glow plugs burn out and has an answer why.my 95 patrol has been burning the rear 3 out and our local diesel mech cant figure out why any help please.

The rd28td heats the first 3, then the glowplug lamp goes out, then it heats the last 3. I think it could be the relay for the last 3, know of a couple that did that ... It cost a friend of mine alot of money to track down the problem ...
