couple of days agao I drove through a rather large puddle on the side of the road to "clean" my car after getting it covered in mud.

the process worked rather well, however on the return run, to do the RHS, the feroza came out missfiring.

after later cleaning the car, and still haveing problems, I started pulling things apart (as you do ) and discovered that it was only running on 3cyls
the 3rd spark plug hole had water in it, and was not firing.
I have cleaned out as much as I can, but I dont have a extension bar to remove the spark plug.

any suggestions so get rid of the rest of the water?
also... how do I stop it happening again??? Obviously some of you guys have snorkels... so how do you stop the water getting into the spark plug holes?? :?

make sure the leads are 'plugged' into the rocker cover. If not, you may need new leads, as they should seal reasonably well.

If you have an air compressor blow the air out. Don't take the sparkplug out while there is still water in the hole. You obvioulsy don't want water going into the cylinder below.

My sparkplug leads press into the rocca cover sealing the holes.
