anyone pls help with clutch install on 92 v6 jack

can anyone help out with this need some info on how to install thought it would be straight forward but have run in to trouble anyone have a copy of the manual and maybe able to help out because its a push pull type clutch i am not sure on how to fit any help would be good cheers

If it is anything like the one in a Frontera it is a PITA. The throwout bearing is attached to the presure plate fingers and the throwout fork has to be slid into the bearing as the box is refitted. The Jack maybe the same.
