Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Just wondering whether a 10w-40 is suitable to run in a tb42 with 250,000 kms on it. Do u think this is too light or should i go a 20w-50. I'm in brissy btw. It does hold good oil pressure, although i think the guage over reads a little. What do u guys think??
