Alarm / Immobiliser

Any recommandation on a cheap alarm or immobiliser?? have to fit one to get insurance with 4WD Insurance Australia.
Just need something thats easy to fit but still effective and not too expensive.

It has been many years since I worked with car alarms, but go with something that has the features you want. eg, remote door control for central locking, siren sound you like (everyone's keep going off, so you may as well), is a known brand (so no market Yum Cha specials) so that if you do have hassles there is a chance you can get help/wiring diagrams / parts at a later stage. You shouldn't need to pay more than about $150 for a good one (installation on top of that).
