fitting rockhoppers to GQ

ok so i bought me some rockhoppers today (Bigballs) and will be fitting them on the weekend....... but there is no destructions with them...... anyone care to take 5min and fill me in ?? got mech knoweledge etc just dont wanna open up the case and say "hmmmm uh oh 
" just wanna know the bits to look for ie where to grind etc etc etc
