Check out some of the bucket tye t/case mounts, build your mount similar to that and you will improve your chances of keeping it alive.
IMO I reckon it would survive.

with that many mods, why not use a stronger t-case?
though with an auto, the shock loading is very much less, and may be quite ok.

i think u r dreaming if u reckon u can build it under a 1000kg with that drivetrain. unless u r using somthing very light and thin for the buggy
and run 44's with helium in them

a gutted zook, soft to with 35's and steel wheels is just shy of 1200kg's
u must have those special alluminium gu diffs.
is your engine all alloy
my buggy thingy, must be pushing 1800 kg';s me thinks.
had no problems with the t-case.
the strain on your t-case will depend on the ratios you have in your diffs and what tyres your running.

Mick i have to Agrea with the others on this. A comodore V6 is heavier than a 3.9 disco motor the T700 is heavier than a ZF Auto and the GU Diffs are hevier than Hilux Diffs. My buggy weighs around 1300kgs with a 3.9,ZF and hilux diffs. Even building a single seater isnt going to get it much lighter with that drive train combo.
